About the Retreat
Join us for a half day retreat designed especially for beginners. Learn how to meditate in conjunction with the Buddhist approach to training the mind. Meditation is a powerful and creative tool that we can use to change our daily experiences and bring a sense of balance, peace, and clarity into our life and relationships. Join us for this half day course. Everyone is welcome!

10—11:15am Session 1
11:45am—1pm Session 2
Each session will include guided meditation, a teaching, and a chance to ask questions with a half hour break in the middle for complimentary refreshments.
