About the Retreat
Everyone at some time experiences feelings of depression, loneliness, or despair. These feelings can lead us to believe that we are isolated from everyone else and can no longer find joy in our life. In this course, we will look at how to use Buddhist meditation to skillfully dissolve depression and soften the heaviness created by this mind. Through meditation, our mind will gradually become lighter and more positive, and we will open the doorway to a new experience of life.
