Weekly Meditation Classes
Weekly drop-in meditation classes offer the chance to learn how to make our mind calm and peaceful. By training in meditation we will learn to develop inner peace, giving us the ability to stay happy and positive all the time, even in the most difficult circumstances.
Meditation offers an opportunity to change the way we react to people and difficult situations in our life. Learn how to feel calm, peaceful and relaxed, no matter what problems are arising. Using simple yet profound techniques, discover how to feel happy and have a positive outlook by gaining more control of your mind through meditation.
In these classes, we learn meditations to unwind and relax, develop stronger concentration and to settle our busy minds.
Where to start
We offer classes for people of all levels throughout the week.
- Thursday General Program Meditation Class
- Meditation and Prayers for World Peace on Sunday
- Meditation for Beginners at lunchtime on Wednesdays and Fridays
- Weekend Meditation and Study Programs on Friday and Saturday
Each class is self contained with two guided meditations, some simple instructions on how to meditate and a chance to discuss and ask questions, all in the comfort of a chair. You may join at any time, no need to pre-register.
