These simple guided meditations can be practiced by anyone. With regular practice, these meditations help us to experience mental clarity and inner peace; develop greater peace of mind and happiness; improve our relationships with others through learning to cherish others; and help to relax both body and mind to lead to a deep experience of inner peace.
Each course contains three meditations.
Meditations for Relaxation
These three simple guided meditations are all forms of breathing meditation that help to calm the mind, reduce stress, and give rise to an experience of inner peace and well being. The first is a basic breathing meditation that helps to disengage the mind from the busyness of everyday life and create a special feeling of inner peace. The second combines mindfulness of the breath with visualization, or creative imagination, and leads to a deep feeling of inner calm and purity. The third is a special breathing meditation that combines mindfulness of the breath with the recitation of mantra. All these meditations can be practiced by anyone.

Meditations for a Clear Mind
An introduction to meditations that will help us to experience mental clarity and inner peace by meditating on our mind itself. The first meditation lays the foundation for meditating on the mind by helping to temporarily overcome physical appearances. The second introduces us to the clarity of our mind, and the third is a meditation on our root mind. Together they lead us on a voyage of exploration of our mind through which we can discover our own inner potential for lasting peace and happiness. All these meditations can be practiced by anyone.

Meditations for a Kind Heart
These three simple guided meditations will help us to develop greater peace of mind and happiness, and to improve our relationships with others through learning to cherish others. The first is a meditation on cherishing others, thinking that others are important, and that their happiness and freedom are important. The second is a practical meditation on compassion, the sincere wish to protect others from suffering. The third is a practical meditation on love, the sincere wish to give happiness to others. All these meditations can be practiced by anyone.
