SATURDAY, October 1 10am-1pm / IN-PERSON

Forgiveness is a strong and courageous mind that frees us from unnecessary pain. By dwelling on past harm done to us and blaming others, we continue to harm ourselves by remaining with toxic, negative minds which are like poison destroying our health and well being. Through listening and contemplating Buddha’s time-tested teachings, we can learn to clearly identify the real source of our problems. Through improving our wisdom, we can learn to forgive ourself and others, let go of the past, and move in the direction of healthy, loving relationships and a meaningful life.

Everyone is welcome to this half-day workshop, which includes guided meditations, practical advice from Buddha’s teachings and time for discussion and Q & A.
