Our weekly drop-in meditation classes are designed for all levels of experience from beginner to advanced. Each Class begins with a simple breathing meditation followed by a teaching and concluding with a second meditation. seats and cushions are provided. Everyone is welcome!
Classes are presented in a 5-week series and take place continuously throughout the year. Although it is beneficial to attend the entire series, you may drop in at any time.
