Peaceful Mind, Peaceful World

An alternative New Year’s Eve celebration

Join us for this special evening as we come together in spirit and mind to set a joyful and positive intention for the New Year. Gen Chokyan will guide us in meditation, share inspirational words of wisdom, and conclude with prayers to Buddha Avalokiteshvara.

The celebration will include a candle lighting ceremony with each person getting up to light a candle. If you are participating online, you can do this at home and it will have the same effect.

Start the New Year with a peaceful, positive mind and a loving heart.

Everyone is welcome so invite your family and friends to enjoy this magical evening together!

This special event is led by Gen Kelsang Chokyan Buddhist monk and Resident Teacher at KMC New Mexico.

Everyone Welcome!

If Your are Planning to Attend in Person you Must Register for the Event
